On 24th June, 2014 at Peshawar Airport, a PIA passenger plan arrived from Saudi Arab, became victim of firing. One woman died in the result. According to PIA representative, firing started during the landing of flight. The flight No. PK756 was flying with 196 passengers, the official told. The actual damage will be calculated after initial reports. According to SSP Operations, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, 5 bullets hit the plan out of total 12 fired. Resources told that flight operations at Peshawar Airport were immediately stopped after the incident. 2 persons also injured in result of the firing incident.
