Why you Need a Duplicate Bill?

Mepco (abbreviation: Multan Electric Power Company) has provided a free online tool, called Mepco Billing System for its consumers which allows users to print duplicate bill. This facility has been given by the company because in some cases, due to some unknown causes, consumers are unable to receive their bill within due time. And hence, they face difficulty in paying their monthly bills. You can access your bill sitting back at your home / office, by just using internet connection and pay your bill conveniently.

What you Need to Have to Check and Print Your Bill Online?

1. First of all you need a computer, laptop or a smartphone with internet running on it.
2. You must have Mepco website address, if you don’t have please go to check Mepco bill online website.
3. You need your old bill, if you don’t have one, then you must know 14 digit Numeric Reference Number as shown in the picture.
4. You need to have a printer attached with your computer or device and in working condition.

How to Check and Print your Bill?

Before printing, you should carefully read the “printing instructions” given by Mepco.

In Internet Explorer from the FILE menu click "PAGE SETUP"
Select PAPER SIZE as "A4"
Delete the values under HEADER and FOOTER
Select ORIENTATION as "Portrait"
Click the OK button
From the FILE menu click "PRINT"
Choose appropriate printer and click the PRINT button

Now, type your 14 digit Reference No. in the required field to print. Make sure, you select the check box as electricity bill (general & industrial). After entering the required information, click submit. The page will be directed to new tab/ window where your required information will be displayed.

When you see your required bill on the web page, click print bill button for printing.
