KARACHI: On Wednesday, PCB announced Pakistan Test and One Day squad for Sri Lanka tour 2014. All rounder Hafeez and medium fast bowler Bilawal Bhatti have been dropped from the team.
According to details from Pakistan Cricket Board, for the Test squad, Misbah-ul-Haq, Ahmed Shehzad and Khuram Manzoor have been added in the team. Left-arm fast bowler, Wahab Riaz has also been taken in the squad for Sri Lanka tour.
Apart from these, players which were called by PCB for test squad are: Azhar Ali, Shan Masood, Younus Khan and righ-hand batsman Asad Shafiq. Whereas, PCB authorities have also given chance to Umer Akmal, Sarfraz Ahmed, Saeed Ajmal and left arm spinner Abdul Rehman to become part of Pakistan Test Cricket team. Reference to PCB announcement, Muhammad Hafeez and Bilawal Bhatti have been dropped from the team squad for this tour.
